Kosher Crackerbread Production Since 2019

Producing kosher food takes more than a kosher approach. It takes experience. Abonett brings both, in partnership with one of Israel’s largest food distributors.

Why Kosher Production Demands More

Kosher production follows strict, specific principles that make every step of the process transparent and leave no room for non-compliance.

That rigour is not a burden; it is a quality signal. A kosher production line means documented processes and transparent sourcing at every step.

Kosher Certified, Batch by Batch

  1. Rabbi on Site

Every kosher production run at Abonett is supervised on site by a rabbi, who certifies that specific batch.

  2. Certified per Run

Certification is tied to each production run, not to a single standing certificate. This lets us produce under different kosher certifications and levels, including stricter ones, to match what your market requires.

  3. Marked on the Pack

The certification then appears on the product itself.

All of this is built on our HACCP and IFS Food certified quality systems, with full product traceability.

A Growing Market Opportunity

The kosher food market is growing rapidly. Many consumers, including those avoiding lactose or gluten and those following paleo, vegetarian or vegan diets, see kosher certification as a guarantee of quality.

For distributors and retailers, this opens shelf space well beyond kosher observant shoppers: kosher works as a trust mark across free from and special diet categories.
